Oklahoma real estate went up++ 2010 when gas was 150 a barrel. Then it became the land time forgot again.

Oklahoma real estate went up++ 2010 when gas was 150 a barrel. Then it became the land time forgot again.
I had a starter house near OKC and I made 50k on it from 2007-2013

while every other market was carshing I still got out intact


there was a huge pop in OK real estate last year, but this still seems downright cheap by the fundamentals

if you predicted sustained high oil anyway

id never bring this up but I am taking the chance you are not a chicom

OKC's a good long-term real estate buy, regardless of ehat oil does.

Follks who are priced out of emerging megacity DFW will start flocking there.
