Did it go up tho? but yea strange times for sure also cars are overrated during social collapse. look at ukraine. as soon as there is 1 traffic jam people will just ditch their cars, making it impossible for others to drive. |

If the story behind the biolabs in Ukraine is true, which i believe it is, then why would Russia cut off global internet communication, where they would share all of their findings, leaks, footage etc to the world. On the other hand, if Russia was about to release solid evidence, footage&documantation which side would more likely have motive for interrupting global internet communication?
