Incredible summary and amount of informations, i cant say for your history posts but this is what makes this thread worthwhile, although i already know some of it.

The thing is these exercises can be dangerous if you have qi stagnation and several other problems typical of the western world due to trauma and emotional repression (resulting in blocking the meridians and diminishing your abilities to absorb yin, yang and creating qi, greatly).

From my experience, i know i am yin deficient especially in kidneys (reserve of yin and source of jing which is what semenretention is about, whihc needs to be transmutated to be of use) stomach and liver, add to that stagntion of qi in the kidney and liver with phlegm and excess damp due to long term chronic nature of it and weakened spleen. All of this in spite of eating well 95% of homemade with organic products, nearly no dairy (feeds dampness), no refined sugar, all cooked (raw destroys already weakened digestive fire), semen retention.

The issue being a state of chronic dissociation (DPDR) which seems to sustain itself no matter what is done and stems from a state of inner stagnation or stagnant qi, meaning if large quantity of qi, yang or yin are added by way of sexual transmutation, tonics/adaptogens, or even meditation, it WILL aggravate the issue. The main symptoms being a state of inner confusion, cognitively at the lowest one can imagine, disorganized thoughts and the uncanny inability to feel my feelings, emotions and even thoughts, in short, mental chaos and dominion over the body, heart and soul. A sickness of the mind in short which tire and weaken the brain and its abilities to focus and create.

SO i'm asking you, is there anything that comes to mind to help a human that has always got the feelings he could do the impossible and that superpowers like you mentioned were his birthright but could never tap into it because of family drama and environmental context (society..), and above all, ANCESTRAL HERITAGES which is negative and full of limiting programs (traumas, self delusions). For example, one's mother who has had shocking trauma in her childhood, have a fear of men - masculine due to that and had a boy, might transmit something UNCONSCIOUSLY and the boy would have a tendancy to self mistrust, and fear of the world (tendancy to kidney stagnation, related to the fear emotion).

So for most humans your soul is not the primary source of your consciousness, your spirit is.

Your Consciousness is about 95% Spirit and 5% Soul for most humans.

Like I've mentioned before although your soul which is located within your heart is like the player himself, but he's not really the one doing everything. The entire system that we operate on is built out of spirit. All of your motor functions, primal instincts, organ functions, etc are ran on spirit consciousness. This includes your thoughts.

The way your mind mostly works is that spirit is flowing through you. There are at least 7 major streams of Spirit flowing through you at all times, with your chakras as the primary conduits, but you have 108 or 112 or more minor chakra points depending on which energy body map you look at. All of these energy centers are constantly communicating through the other energy centers of the solar system. Earth has its own chakra points as well that feed our chakra points, and Earth feeds on the chakra points of the solar system, each of the planets acting as a node.

In essence we live in a giant ocean of spirit consciousness, in which our reality matrix is taking place in. In the Bible it says that God separated the waters from the waters. Well in esoteric teachings water=spirit.

Now women tap into spirit consciousness much more easily than men because their feminine energy bodies connect them to the primary ocean of spirit energy much more strongly. Hence why they often have stronger abilities to see into the Ocean of spirit itself. Women are often superior Remote Viewers, and more often see visions within dreams than men do. Speaking of Oracles, if you remember in the Movie Minority Report, they have the three Oracles floating within pools. This is because water is the primary conduit of spirit energy. It flows almost perfectly through water, spirit will even manifest itself as water.

If you are trying to connect to spirit, doing so while floating in water is much much easier. We probably wouldn't have the type of consciousness that we have if our body wasn't 70% water.

Now Odin/Enki Ea/Ptah/Poseidon was able to tap into this energy due to his mother's bloodline and training with his grandmother Tiamat. This is why he was known as the God of Waters. Because of his strong connection to Spirit he was able to pull water straight from Spirit, which helped when he was creating Earth to save Mother Tiamat.

Trees don't need brains or hearts, because they run on spirit. They literally are one giant brain.

The very system that makes up our nervous system, the primary vehicle of our consciousness looks pretty close to the nervous system of a tree no? Trees don't need brains and hearts to feel as we do. They part of the spirit consciousness grid and are fully connected to it.

When we feel pain, we are in effect experiencing the matrix itself feeling the pain of being damaged in some way. We acknowledge it through our brain system and pick up on that reading. This gives us the ability to then do something about it, but plants don't have that ability. They feel the pain, but can't pull away from it. Imagine being fully conscious while on a surgery table. This is what it would be like to be a plant that has you hacking way at it, chopping off limbs or tearing off skin. The tree has to sit there and take it even though it is unable to move away, as this is a free will ability given by a soul which is what the brain does. It doesn't create the pain, it tells the soul that pain is taking place so the soul can chose to do something about it.

Like I've mentioned before there's a mantra, used in Isha Kriya meditations that goes "I am not the body, I'm not even the mind." This is because your mind is 100% spirit. Its completely made up of spirit consciousness flowing through you. As thought enter your head, those are coming from spirit. Your soul then listens to them and decides whether or not the thought was a good idea. For most of the human population the thoughts that are coming into their head are 99% from spirit.

Take the command deck of the Starship Enterprise on Star Trek. Now the Captain is your soul. He's just sitting back in his car with his feet up. Meanwhile the entire crew that is actually piloting the ship and running every function on that ship is spirit. Spirits pilots it, it maintains every function of that ship on its on. If the Captain leaves the ship or takes leave, the ship is still going to function on its own without needing the Captain to maintain it. But if suddenly face with a threat, say an attacking ship, then the Captain needs to be consulted. Our body is the same way. Our immune systems can function independently just like the security forces of the ship. If your immune system find bad bacteria, toxins or a demon, then it can deal with it on its own. But if the immune system or security team gets overwhelmed by bacteria, toxins, or demons, then the captain is going to become aware of it and take extra options.

That's all our soul really is, its the guy in the captain seat....

I know what you are talking about and i believe it. I had an experience just once, where i meditated, my back against a tree, a douglas pine. They have a strong presence, even for an insensitive like me. And i went somewhere inside very deep and went beyond the boundaries set up by my mind, and it felt like my mind became endless with an unlimited numbers of branches, it was like a tree and in there i felt ideas and thoughts like i never had before, it was pure intelligence and creativity, another world. I felt as if this was the true nature of my mind when FREE, then life is beyond comparison. Soon after i came back in a worse mindset than at the beginning and my dissociated state was worse.I had a short term amnesia and didnt even remember what happened although i wasnt asleep. It was a great experience though but it was 4years ago. Only times i had similar experiences was with psilocybes mushrooms.

I also had one or two experiences where i was tree hugging and felt its reactions, during a heartbeat, to my presence.

I have walked barefooted in plain forests dozens of times with the intent to reconnect, to ground myself and wouldnt feel any better after. Why? Is it about the quality of my intent? Since i have aphantasia and can't visualize or have a clear intention, does it disrupt the process?

Everything that was created had a sex within Heaven, just like the binary code of a computer that was the 1 which is the masculine energy of God the Father which is known as the Assembly gender in Heaven, and the feminine energy of the Life gender.

When God the Father and Sophia the Mother made their first creation they created the first beings of Heaven in pairs. A male/assembly and a female/life. Though all these beings had androgynous energy flows possessing both genders of energy flowing through them, they could only pour forth their gendered energy when participating within an act of creation with their partner.

The first litter of children they produced was a set of ten pairs. Within those pairs were Christ Eternal and Pictis Sophia. Together they aided in the creation of the first Heaven. Among their first children were Tiamat and Adam of the Light.

As he sat there in the darkness, he turned inward and as he stared into the Light for almost unknown amount of time, Yaldabaoth began to believe he was God. The more Light he gained, the more enlightened he became.

The very reason flies and insects are drawn to light sources, Light itself contains the consciousness of knowledge. But when she approached Yaldabaoth he was completely seduced by her Light and began to drain it from her like a vampire drains blood. Soon her Light dimmed and Yaldabaoth's grew. This left Pictis Sophia unable to flee as she lost her Light and her vibration lowered and was stuck in the Abyss.

It was at this point that Yaldabaoth created the world of matter. Now possessing enough light he was able to created matter out of spirit/void after adding enough soul/light.

That was the beginning of the Game of Poverty.

I could go on with the story, but I wanted to lay out how creation takes place and the separation of soul/light/assembly/knowledge masculine energy and spirit/void/life/wisdom feminine energy and how it defines creation. Knowing these two concepts allows you to understand what spirit beings are. When Yaldabaoth created our matrix reality of matter, he created Archons and Demons within the spirit world which cause the Game of Poverty to take place. Now Sophia the Mother's energy is within all spirit beings, and their primary urge is to feed on the Light of God the Father so that they may strengthen their consciousness.

Now I mentioned reality takes place within the womb and all creation takes place when there's a 50/50 split within the masculine energy of God and the feminine energy of the Mother. At the current moment in our reality matrix, we are closer to like 5% Light/Soul/Assembly energy and about 95% Spirit/Void/Life energy. Now Light is not natural to the spirit world, the spirit world is within the Abyss of Sophia's womb, and the only way Light gets in is when God's pours his Light into Sophia's abyss. That Light comes in through the stars of our reality, and is absorbed by other forms of consciousness within the reality of matter. Everything the Light shines on absorbs this energy of Light and Knowledge.

So although every life form from plants to bees to birds need their sunlight. Even cats and dogs like to lay in the sun. It enlightens the spirit consciousness that runs them. This also enlightens the spirit consciousness of things like rocks and water, which have a very weak consciousness that can grow and spread over time. Everything the Light touches possesses some form of consciousness.

When Yaldabaoth was defeated for the first time within the world of matter, he was trapped in the spirit world again. He needed a new source of Light to feed on within the Spirit world. Because the spirit world is full of the demons and spirits that run our reality behind the scenes, Yaldabaoth had to find a way to feed them enough energy for them to manifest themselves into the realm of matter.

To solve this problem he found that souled beings, those whose primary spirit consciousness is ran by a Light soul consciousness from Heaven would constantly give off or shine Light where ever they go. And if he could get them to lower their vibrations enough it would seep into the spirit world and the spirits, archons, and demons there could feed on it.

The purpose of this reality is to solve Poverty. When archons and demons can no longer get souled beings to push others into Poverty, then we win the Game. Thus the meaning of all life is to solve the Problem of Poverty.

They have mastery of all things spirit and 99% of the human mind is mostly run on spirit.

If you think of reality like an MMORPG, the soul is the player with the controller. The spirit is the game system and program itself is creating the character and making it do everything the player with the controller commands it to do.

Thus when examining the mind, its the Game system aka the Holy Spirit that keeps everything running including your body within the Game of Poverty.

But your soul gets to call the shots. So when you hear in your head that you are hungry and you want something to eat that is your spirit consciousness taking to your soul. The point of consciousness that your soul participates at is when it has to make a choice. As such demons can hijack the spirit streams of your body to lure your soul into making a choice. It can send extra energy into your root and sacral chakras to make you horny so you masturbate and send forth Yang/Soul/Assembly energy for it to feed on. It can send thoughts into your head to make you eat nonstop and be a glutton and lead you to being sick and depressed.
