Wasn't there a smiley face by the point in the Mississippi where Jeff Buckley drowned? Even if he was the first victim, that's almost 25 years this has been happening. Someone should check dates for significance. Buckley's death was mysterious and has ritualistic signifiers to it. I suppose a deviation from the normal is that Buckley's friend was supposedly with him at the time, but was by his account distracted in the moment Buckley got taken under by the current.

These same patterns of drownings occur a lot in Europe, not just US. The same pattern crops up repeatedly in the UK commonly. The exact same details over and over.

I can't find the archived news on the latest missing young male college student from UWL -- that's La Crosse, WI.

Same ol' same ol'... downtown bar strip, left friends, never seen again.

Only difference is that he was a young man of literal 1st generation African American; I don't recall which country.

I cannot find the stories ANYWHERE anymore. It stinks to me. It should have been an easy search, but I can't find the stories, there were at least 2 or 3 about it.

If anyone can find the story and his death didn't turn out to be a drowning, thank you for finding the facts.

I have seen at least 3 evil eyed, dead, soulless eyed cops here over the years. Believe me, I know dead eyes when I see them. ALL 3 HAVE BEEN FIRED over the years. I kept score. I will NOT EVER state NAMES this is speculation, BUT it would be interesting to hear anonymously if those names pop up.

I still do believe this is obviously more than "accidental drownings/deaths" and I definitely believe it isn't "just" a serial killer. It's ritual serial killings. This shit happens up and down the Mississippi AND I-90.

Went to school with some folks who were involved with the escalated investigation that had the maps back in mid to late 2000's.

At one point, someone painted a smiley face on a standing electrical support at the local park near the lake. There were several types of these events nearby during the same period.



Have a video, not ever completed, was going to use this song and make it about this 'phenomenon'.

call me crazy.. I might know who it is.. no one believes me so take my assumptions with a grain of salt. I don't have enough details.. nor enough proof.. and if I'm right it would go against every rule in the book as to what we know about serial killer profiling.. I actually might have evidence too (I was actually dumb enough to go to the authorities with this picture
. they got a good laugh out of it) at the time I was completely unaware of the smiley face killer.. it's a very long story.. and from the start of my journey I had to go on gut instinct and build my own profile, only last week did I figure out the window tapping peeping Tom (who did assault me and got charged with 4th degree sexual assault) is most likely homosexual.. with mommy issues.. I'm guessing he hates his mother.. or maybe his hates his wife.. (from circumstancial facts, I merely guessed the wife had an affair with his brother, well I was right, yikes) I suspect his rage stems from mothering issues.. he hates women so much he is homosexual, he hates that specific homosexual factor within himself and loathes what he can never be. I think he targets homosexual successful white males and strong females (that represent his mother or maybe possibly his wife who happens to have been an amateur boxer.. a strong female with masculine qualities, with a vagina to produce offspring, I still think it stems from mom issues) this individuals age, location, and especially PROFESSION makes it quite feasible.. regardless if I am correct or not.. this individual is stalking me.. my life is in danger.. if you look at the smiley face killer map of 200 victims.. could it really be just 1 person doing all of these killings? An over the road truck driver is a good potential.. especially an OTR trucker with 4 OWI'S.. therefore it would be impossible for him to have a CDL, his license is obtained under false identification.. you wouldn't be actually able to place him at the scenes or near the locations.. last year I had suspected he was only targeting woman, specifically native American women or prostitutes.. they don't get reported.. if by some chance I'm right and he is tossing homosexual men into rivers across the country, he could also be responsible for a lot of woman vanishing as well. Im not sure if the woman are being discovered or not.. this could be a lot of deaths to track over several states.. or disposed in a different manner.. if I had to guess any similar drownings to the smiley face killer since July 2022 have been relatively localized to central Wisconsin.. I do know this specific individual targets petite brunettes in the Wisconsin rapids area.

thanks will do. I forgot to add this man has to knock or make a physical appearance so his work doesn't go unnoticed and so you know you were being watched. I guess the window tapping had been going on before I had even moved in.. previous owners said it happened to them as well and one time pills for bipolar and schizophrenia were found under their bedroom window. from about September up until early November on scanner pages people were reporting a random knocking at their door.. then it suddenly went silent. mid October he happened to show up at the gas station I walk to near by.. just as I was almost to the entrance, his suburban pulled up. talk about timing.. I just ignored it and kept going got my stuff got in line as he was watching me from behind the hot food rack.. many other occurrences happened too.. too many to count. I ended up losing 2 jobs from lack of sleep.. his active hours are typically from 1am-4am.. my kids have witnessed him in front of the window. if I'm outside at night he likes to make a subtle noise so I turn my head.. another time I saw a man watching me from the next block over at 2am.. after the gas station incident I realized it wasn't just a noise, he needed to make a physical appearance.. I started to remember how it would be so coincidental to see a man out walking or riding a bike at very odd hours and it was always after an some sort of noise disruption or disturbing intrusive action. the activity climaxes and then abruptly stops.. for us when it gets quiet that's when we get nervous.

last night around 2 am I was outside with my dog and I heard a dog incessantly barking off in the near distance.. it was one of those aggressive warning barks.. which unless it's my dogs barking, is relatively unusual to hear that.. anyways an hour later I heard him start up his semi truck.. AT 3 AM.. on a Sunday.. when he maybe works 2 or 3 days a MONTH.. and NEVER EVER on a Sunday.. thinking to myself, he is going to go "make a drop". I heard his truck pull away and some relief comes over me knowing I don't have to worry for a little while.. for the heck of it I looked up missing persons within the last week, but nothing came up..
at 6 am still believing the coast is clear I walked to the gas station.. as i was nearing the parking lot, he was walking back from the gas station towards his home.. no truck in sight.. he was super reved up and playing Hatebreed "I will be heard" on his phone. I told my son everything later on in the day.. at some point his semi did return. an hour ago I checked my news feed and saw this



The body of a 20-year-old student at the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point Sunday, one day after the man was reported missing.

Police were called Saturday afternoon to a Stevens Point home as the investigation began. Witnesses said the victim, identified as Cole Peterson, was last seen at about 2 a.m. Saturday in the 900 block of Main Street in Stevens Point.

Searchers including officers and Stevens Point Fire Department crews launched a search near where Peterson’s cell phone last pinged, around 2:15 a.m. on the west side of town, and used a drone to aid in the effort. A small area of open water was found near a channel in the Wisconsin River, west of Pfiffner Pioneer Park, and officers discovered shoe impressions leading to the spot.

a sailor went missing saint Patrick's day.. that fits the typical profile.. left a bar at 1:30 am.. and has been missing ever since.. I am too suspect they may end up finding this man within the next day or so in lake Michigan.. the psycho living behind me left at 6 pm Saturday evening and returned at 6am Sunday.. again the abnormal out of character Saturday late night delivery.. the hours he was gone could absolutely put him in proximity of the area.

Agreed. I worked as a bouncer downtown Reykjavík which is very close to the harbor. I remember one guy jumping in because his girlfriend broke up with him but that was just to get attention and he survived. I don't remember anyone ever falling in.

But there was a polish guy named Artur Jarmoszko that disappeared from downtown Reykjavík the evening of the 28th of February 2017, his foot and shoe were accidentally caught in a fishing trolly in Faxaflói (a gulf west of Reykjavík) in March 2018.

He took the bus from his suburb home downtown, withdrew all his money and hasn't been seen since. Last time he was seen was on a security camera downtown and 2 hours later his phone was turned off.

Theory was he owed some shady people money but given how small Iceland is, drug related murders don't happen. Why kill a paying customer?
