Counterfeiting, illegal trade of US dollars, banks who allow drug and terrorism money, people who scam, people who smuggle and steal, cartels, terrorists, oligarchs, ALL lend to us being poor.

The government doesn't want to take money away from the average citizen, then the world would come to a halt and everyone dies. Well maybe in Asia where 8 billion (billion) population has caused a huge imbalance.
