Huge Florida mosquitoes

It is early for mosquito season so I was surprised to see one feasting on my blood. The next day, the bite was a pus-filled boil which did not itch at all. The mosquito was large and looked quite different from the local mosquitos I am familiar with on the Space Coast. It had a tan color and long body and long legs. Coincidentally I came down with mild flu-like symptoms in 24 hours. Fever and chills, general malaise and increased urine output (odd).

Let’s keep an eye on this, Floridians. I cleansed area with alcohol. It is still festering, red circle with white center as my white blood cells attempt to do their work.

Forgot to add the heavy lungs, cough and congestion. I am already improving on day 2.
