Look it's really simple. Communism by any other name is still communism, it doesn't work.

Now what Klaus Rothschild is proposing is not communism by any definition. It's a technocratic dictatorship where the chosen will have the world for their playground (ala Hunger Games) and the sheep will be tagged and biometrically monitored until the herd is sufficiently thinned out.
