Chemtrails yes, snake venom no. I've watched the chemtrails being formed into clouds and have seen rainwater with some sort of particulates in it as it dries. And while I do think sketchy things were done with the vax, I just don't think there's snake venom in the water or whatever. I would believe though that there is a genetic component to vax reactions, and we know that there were differences among the lots.
