Bumping for comments at link  This is, has always been, and will forever remain the problem. If a HUMAN violates a law he goes to jail. If a CORPORATION violates the law most likely nothing at all happens. But a worst case scenario it will have to pay a fine amounting to 0.000000000000000000003% of its annual net profit. Basically they spend more on having the floors waxed than the most punitive of government fines. Capitalism best system in the world, baby! Capitalism(Economic Freedom) isn't the problem, especially because we don't have real capitalism. We live under Corporatism and Fascism. Corruption and fraud are the problems tard!
