Does China now see Russia as weak with there losing war in Ukraine and will it restart Sino-Soviet border conflict to get back its territory from Russia

Russia versus Japan who was taking on China at the same time in Manchuria. Once you learn history you see the richest people in the world have always caused all the chaos. The Rothschild's backed the second Sino war and took over Japan in 1898. Then they purchased the media and glossed over the whole thing and censored school history books.
