I looked it up after you posted your first response. I felt like I would vomit just reading about the abuse. An image would scar me for life. I cannot imagine how difficult it is to investigate and prosecute these crimes and stay sane.
There was a interview with a stuntman who said there is a doctor in California who repairs the pelvic bones of children who have been sexually abused. Imagine repairing a broken child, even babies as young as 9 months.
