If there is a COUP taking place in the Russian government taking-out Putin, the plotters would want state TV off the air.
Question is, are they taking Putin out over Ukraine - or are they taking Putin out to SMASH Ukraine and their Western sponsors?
Depending on who is taking over, the war in Ukraine can either be over, or the world itself will be over shortly.
