The point is that there is no law that guarantees representation based on taxation. If it did exist, it would be found somewhere in the Constitution, or in a federal law. That's why I said, in part, it's not Constitutional.

My point is that you have no right to tax me if you don't represent me. I am not speaking about the law. Does that make sense to you?

Not true! Say they withheld a couple thousand or so in taxes and you got a $20 refund. You still paid (was withheld from your paychecks) $1,980 in taxes.

Personally, I don't mind paying taxes, not if they're spent wisely. What I do mind is how this government is wasting our tax dollars on things like 'gifts' to foreign countries (like the 14 billion plus that went to Ukraine).

Did any of us have a say in that? Nope!
