Stellar Metamorphosis. Thoughts?

Here is a fantastic page that contains alot of spoilers to the 1hr Long Youtube Videos about Stellar Metamorphosis.

It really breaks it down into bite-sized components, which make for understanding it in a nutshell quick and easy.

Stellar metamorphosis claims that planets are old stars that have lost mass and thus the difference between a "star" and "planet" is baseless distinction. In response, proponents of the hypothesis propose a unified term, "astron" and seek to establish processes by which this can take place. Proponents claim that stars lose mass, cool, the stellar plasma undergoes chemical reactions converting to molecules, and necessarily create life.
