my mother broke the door off our front loading washing machine when i was a kid and i wished i could fix it for her because she used it so much with six of us kids, went out to play with my friends and found a brand new bright red washing machine door hinge in a playing field, unused, about three acres of grass, it was the only thing on the field, not even any litter. so i fitted it with a limited toolkit and made her day.

with a little help from time consciousness

i spent sometime yesterday looking at pictures of Gaius. there were three of her in my dream, and then, that's when i realized i was dreaming.
