Years ago, after the coup, the IMF approved a 5+ billion dollar loan to Ukraine. There were to be three tranches with the final two being contingent upon 'reforms". the first tranch of over a billion was paid and put into Privat Bank (Kolomoisky jay mafia) and Ukraine promptly said they'd "lost tack" of where it went. Ukraine is one of the most corrupt governments on earth and a complete shithole, full of thieves - and that's saying a lot with places like the UK and US in that group.
