Last night, at 7 pm, a tied-up woman falls out of NW DC 8th floor window of the Connecticut House apartments just north of the Van Ness shooting, a man was arrested in connection.

The suspected gunman, Raymond Spencer, is found dead.
The suspect was found on the 5th floor of the AVA Van Ness apartments.
As police knocked down the door, he took his own life.
