I work at a doggy day care, my coworker sucks

I work at a doggy day care and night care
It’s awesome
The dogs are all great and well trained but there’s this new blm alphabet entity working there, all the dogs hate him and are constantly peeing on him. guys also obsessed with LBGTQP cats. Not just normal cats, but lbgtqP ones
Keeps trying to get the company to ditch dogs and switch to cats. Even put some dog costume on a stupid cat and tried to sneak the cat in. Causes all sorts of havoc. Now he’s trying to get us to make it a cat and kid day care
I don’t trust this dude
I don’t think he should be around cats or dogs let alone kids. He even talked about putting kids in cat costumes too
