I listened to his Ted Talk interview and he said he just wants to be transparent by open sourcing the algorithm when modifying or deleting posts .

Elon has been against the shadow banning. I would think his first step is to find out how it works and who was directing it. I wonder if we will finally get to see the people who were shadow banning.

The companies that take In-Q-Tel's money aren't shy about publicizing what they're up to, either. Most recently, GeoSemble announced an update to its GeoXray product, which monitors social media chatter based on location:"
