Sround 35 seconds into the video the paramedics working on the woman ask the officer if he has a “seal”. This is for a sucking chest wound, the air in one of the lungs is escaping so the wound needs to be sealed so the lung can inflate.

I’ve never seen a man or woman with such a wound not have all of the clothing on their upper body cut off. Her bra is still on while they’re working on a chest wound, this is highly unusual. The priority is access to the wound to save the patient, not keeping it a “G” rating.
