If the truth were known it´s actually much worse than this (I´m an ex-copper with the Met, 20 years in service) and it´s not just a few ministers, it´s rampant in Whitehall.

I can say you get told to look the other way and nobody in Scotland Yard would raise a finger to bag these bastards ... you don´t bite the hand that feeds (very regrettably).
