At this rate, we might not make it to 2024.

I think TPTB wants us to have a revolution, so they can step in, after a bloody civil war, and offer the magical solution of communism, so we can "Build Back Better"... And become slaves to them.

Won't be long now, because nobody is happy with our completely corrupt, broken system.

God help us, and save the innocent, from the Elites.

"Amish Farmer Faces $250K Fine, Jail Time And Losing His Sustainable Farm For Processing His Own Meat

Amos Miller’s private food club members say they don’t want their grass-fed meat treated with the chemical preservatives required by all USDA-approved processing plants

Amos Miller says he is being persecuted by the federal government for practicing his religious freedom to raise and prepare food the way he believes God intended food to be raised and prepared – in accordance with nature.

Miller practices rotational grazing on his small, holistically managed, century old farm in Bird-In-Hand Pennsylvania. His heritage-breed cows are raised on organic pastures, with the chickens following behind, eating the bugs from their dropping, and whey-fed pigs trampling all the fertilizer back into the ground after that.

Around 4000 customers of his private, members-only, food buying club are dependent on his meat, eggs and dairy products, as well as fermented fruits and veggies… and are willing to spend top dollar to get it shipped to them all over the country, as they don’t trust food from the grocery store.

But a couple of weeks ago, a federal judge told Miller to cease and desist all meat sales, and sent armed U.S. marshals to search his property, farm store and freezers. They took an inventory of all his meat to make sure he doesn’t sell any or slaughter anymore animals.

Key parts from link in OP:

"You probably don’t know (because I didn’t until Miller told me) that all USDA-licensed processing plants are required to treat ALL meat (even the local, grass-fed, organic variety) with synthetic preservatives.

“Often they use citric acid, which you’d think comes from oranges or lemons, but it’s a modified substance made from corn… and they don’t even have to label it on the meat,” Miller said.

“The USDA processing plants require the meat to be treated with a chemical cocktail of citric acid, lactic acid and peracetic acid,” said a customer who handles Miller’s website and other modern communications (because he’s Amish).

“The peracetic acid is toxic and the citric and lactic are GMO.

“It’s not lactic acid coming from the fermentation of sauerkraut. It’s all created in a dish in a lab. It’s a synthetic sterilizer that causes many health problems,” Anke (who preferred not to use her last name) told me.

“Our members don’t want any of that,” Miller said. “They want fresh, raw meat, with no additives. Our members want it straight from the farm with no preservatives on it.”

I’ve always suspected our meat was treated (because I smell it and feel it) but I wasn’t sure.

Look at all these treatments they have:

thumbs down, guy

3 Methods.

Method 1, Chemicals.
NO GOOD. 100% agree.
moving on...
....

Method 2:

Ready-to-eat (RTE) meat products are traditionally among the largest category of foods treated by high-pressure processing (HPP). In HPP, packaged foods including meats are subjected to very high pressures to destroy pathogens and spoilage microorganisms while maintaining sensory attributes and nutritional quality.

Method 3:

Freeze dehydration is an expensive process and not extensively used in commercial scale.

It is more expensive, yes.

The problem too - if there really is population control, you cannot trust the chemicals used for spraying. Like the article says many are produced from gmo grains, themselves full of chemicals like glyphosate.

Problem being you have to claim it as religious freedom to make your foods. Collect rain water, or not be privy to a global medical experiment, etc. It all about regulating the money. Whos job is that? Central banks. Who gave them keys to rule everything? We didnt, they did so in the night. So this is everyones problem, not just the amish. But everyones. But we know that here :)

Re: Amish Farmer Faces $250K Fine, Jail Time And Losing His Sustainable Farm For Processing His Own Meat
Too much government.

I don't eat beef but I do eat pork and I uncovered something a few years back about it that seems to have been wiped from the internet.

I've eaten all kinds of commercial pork my whole life and I know all the cuts and how they tasted....
or at least I thought I knew....

Short story:

A friend of my husband owned some pigs on his farm.
We were helping an older guy out and he had 2 illegals working on his property and they were very hungry, to the point they were trying to catch blackbirds to eat. Not good right? Yuck

So My husband and I decided to call the pig owner guy and request a small swine to butcher and feed everyone with.
The pig owner agreed.
We went to his farm and shot a 45-pound pig and brought it back to the old guy's property.
Those Illegals went right to work on butchering that pig, barely giving it anytime to bleed out.

They had a huge cast-iron skillet over a campfire and just chunked in as much cubed pig as possible.
We ate fine that evening.

Only thing was, as a pig connisuer I must tell you that I had never in my life tasted pig like that, it really did't even taste like any pork I had ever had.
It was unbelievable! Tasted like heaven.
Didn't taste like what I have always known as pork.

ANyways, after searching as to why I had never tasted pork like that, I had stumbled onto an article that said a fresh kill pork is in the industry referred to as "Green Pork"
and it is never sold to consumers like that.

I want more but no place to find. :(

Title is very, very misleading.

He is running an unregulated storefront. We can talk all day about over-regulation and taxation but that's the current law of the land. The government is in the right here.

No one is stopping anyone from processing their own meat and farm products. Yet.

If we don't ALL come together and take a stand in situations like this, then soon, everything will be Totally controlled. No more collecting rainwater/growing food/etc. Which will lead to people relying on this unsustainable society 24 7. Then the next emergency situation, you'll see millions gone... it's so sad what humanity is becoming.
