Im curious if that is what she did too? There is no mention of how on any news outlet.

It's really sad...that bridge attracts a lot of jumpers.

So Sad but understandable. Lost a beautiful friend, she just quietly slipped away in the night, having taken a little extra of her sleeping meds.

Said she died near Nashville...had she died in bed at home I would think that at her home would be the reported place of death

not sure if her home was in a rural area, or in a town.

Also interesting they mentioned body/dashcam. I realize there is an investigation...but normally things get leaked

them being so tight-lipped about this tells me that they seem as shocked as some of us are, and perhaps not buying the 'official' story as is.

Her thousand acre farm is a few miles from the bridge ..can see her farm from the Natchez trace

Not one mention of the in-fighting between her and daughters. Only the mention by them of her mental illness. Uh hmm..

I'm just guessing but I think she hoarded pills and eventually swallowed all of them!
Poor Naomi Judd could not longer live with her horrible depression and anxiety!

This sounds like she jumped, but Police were there at the time probably trying to talk her down.

God rest her soul. Some people have genetic problems that cause this behavior, but she was pretty old! If she was going to do it, would think she'd do it earlier.

She had so much to live for, many people would have loved to be in her shoes. Must have been a mental disorder. Sad.

I think it's just standard procedure if others were present to make sure nothing was forced or coerced.

For sure weird how cryptic the girls are being about exactly how it happened. Wynonna said she "kissed her head and walked away". When?

I am from this area. The thought of anyone jumping off that bridge is utterly horrifying and beyond tragic. The family lives off the Natchez Parkway and I hope that is not the manner in which she transitioned.

The shock and profound grief her daughters and husband are experiencing is probably more than they can cope with at this time.

Who cares

The doctors who prescribed her medicines should be asked about her physical and mental health. If she was constantly taking anti depressants then the doctors need to explain why they prescribed certain meds. I hold the doctors responsible, if they prescribed mind altering medicines. Those medicines have side effects and a lot of those side effects are suicide thoughts. Look at the doctors.

Yeah, she was 76, and as rich as Midas. I wonder why she couldn't hold on? Some people explain it as a final "f#ck you".

No. I can say with certainty that did not happen. Having worked with her professionally, she was always sweet and kind and that is the way I will always remember her. Now please knock it off with your graceless presumptions.
