Re: A question for Pro Abortionists on "My Body, my choice" - What about the baby's body? What about the baby's human rights?
This explanation seems to work for those not getting bodily autonomy.

Imagine your cousin had kidney failure and you were a match.
You decided to donate one of your kidneys to him.
Even though the kidney could potentially grow in someone else and have another life, it is still part of your body.
You still have the choice whether to donate it or not, because it is inside of you.
You can't be forced to get it cut out of you because you gave autonomy over your own body.
You also can't be forced not to get it cut out of you, because you have bodily autonomy.

A fetus is essentially a parasite growing in a womans body until they develop enough to survive outside the womans body.
A woman has absolute domain over her body and what is growing inside of it. Kidneys or fetuses.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 82498043

Your kidney analogy doesn't quite work here. The kidney's function is to benefit the human it is inside of. Of course the same could be said for every human organ EXCEPT the Uterus. A woman doesn't need a uterus for proper functioning of her body. THE ONLY PURPOSE of that uterus is to procreate.

Now if a woman understands the risks of unprotected sex, or even if her method of birth control fails, the inherent risk of pregnancy is there. Her moral obligation is to supply what that fetus needs until birth. That uterus is for the baby, that's the line of demarcation as far as I'm concerned when we talk about autonomy.

We can talk about the Mother's life being in danger, but that really isn't what they are protesting. They want the right to not be inconvenienced by their choices.

Its not a analogy its a leftist talking point to call a baby a parasite. Leftists are parasites and ABORTION IS MURDER!

what about mandated experimental death shots....
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 75098604

I am completely against it.

The 'my body my choice' principle is great and I agree with it. Each individual should have body autonomy. The baby in the womb though? No autonomy for them? No rights for them?
Quoting: A Ghost From Another Time

A fetus does not have bodily autonomy.

Do you know how a fetus works or the definition of autonomy?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 77986617

Yes. It grows an organ specifically so it can survive in the womb called a placenta.

Or are you arguing that a premature baby on life support- being dependent upon something else for survival no longer has a right of bodily autonomy and therefore can be murdered?
 Quoting: Weisshaupt

You could argue that an embryo that has not yet developed a heart or other major organs is not yet a human or is not yet considered "alive", medically speaking.

But after 6 weeks it has a beating heart and has developed other major physiological systems. It is ALIVE. It is a human life. You can distance yourself from that by trying to call it just a "fetus" but it is indeed a human life.

All Human life deserves body autonomy. Whether it's women or whether its a human life in the womb. Otherwise, these body autonomy and human rights movements are a joke. Stand up for all human life, especially the most fragile and vulnerable.

They are all killers, if they want they can cut their OWN hands off, but the moment they kill the baby they are killers, and they will be judge like that .

Maybe they can lie to themselves and maybe society can convince them too.

But they cannot escape God's judgement.

If so, why should any humans intervene?

People can try to move the goal post in when life begins, but murder is murder. the definition of conception is literally when a child is conceived. Carrying a child for 7-9 months to give up for adoption is a light punishment than carrying the fact that you murdered your child for your whole life. People in the picket lines protesting are just wanting others to join their misery for the choices they made so they aren't alone in the darkness they created. They think if there is enough of them they can justify it in their minds to be bearable.

false dichotomy.
the fetus has completely separate and distinct DNA, therefore is not part of her body but housed within her body. kidneys are the same DNA, therefor is part of her body.

Re: A question for Pro Abortionists on "My Body, my choice" - What about the baby's body? What about the baby's human rights?
Everyone has a right to choose what to do or not do to their body right?

Well what about the baby's body?

Are you saying "That's not a baby" or "It's not alive" or even "It's not a human"?

But at 6 weeks, it has a beating heart. It is therefore a living being. A human being.

So does it not have a right to live? Someone else can decide if it lives or dies?

What gives someone else the right to decide that? No one has the right to decide life or death over any other human.

What makes it different when it concerns a baby? The most vulnerable humans who cannot defend themselves and have no voice.

Are you saying the baby is not a "human"? So no human rights in this case?
Quoting: A Ghost From Another Time

Pro-abortion people will ONLY reply with anger. They have no logical argument to make.

Infanticide is NOT a "choice". There is no such "right".

Are you literally retarded?
The baby doesn't have a body at 6 weeks.
You can grow a heart from stem cells and it's not a living human being.
Not everything that is a living being is a living human being.
Therefore, an embryo that is not even a fetus yet is not a living human being - it's not even a fucking baby yet.
You are fucking literally mentally retarded.

"It's not a baby."

"It's not a human life."

Whatever you have to tell yourself so you can sleep at night after killing your baby, after ending a human life, right?

What a completely retarded question? Is the question completely retarded to you because you don't want to answer it? You are afraid to admit the truth?

I remember being a fetus, and the moments prior to reincarnation. if you asked me, i'd sat ABORT THIS SHIT RIGHT NOW. The reason? the body is a trap designed to hold consciousness as far away from the realm of god as possible, and it can and does exist after death.

The apocryphon of john is more accurate to what is going on than that out of date book you guys put your bets on. I suggest reading it before ven becomming involved in this argument
