Ionospheric weapons weaken earth's magnetic field and this has been going for quiet some time but this erratic wandering of the polar vortex is caused by a wobble in earth's axis.

Something is pulling or tugging above our planet, notice that the southern polar vortex always remains where it is supposed and it is stronger in vorticity than the north too.
