My assessment would be the same if both people were male. Not sure where you get any "woman-hater" evidence from my comment. I'm simply in favor of standing up to people who think they can physically impose their will without expecting an in-kind response.

The situation is as follows:
Person A puts hands on Person B
Person B = gets violent in response
Person B is better at being physical
Person B = victor of the dispute
Person A will seek damages in court
Jury or judge will decide outcome for ultimate victory to settle conflict once and for all
Person A or Person B may still win the war, but Person B won the battle.
