This shit kills me. I hated doing these installs or service calls for low income houses when I worked for scamcast. I always knew they were full of shit.

I’d walk through the rooms. Everyone had a flat screen tv, latest xbox or playstation and dish tv. There was almost always a new vehicle parked in front of the home too. Scammers ALL.

You are assuming they are poor and lazy. That may not be the case. You also fail to realize about 25% of the US population has an IQ in the low normative range (92 to 73). Meaning they are firing on all thrusters, but only capable of holding down a service worker type job like that is seen at restaurants, store clerks and basically not highly skilled labor. They are nice people but not real bright, an eight hour job is exhausting for their IQ level as well. So they don't have the mental energy to attend or further their education.

Their business math skill level is pretty basic as far as trying to balance an account book. They really do not have money left to do anything else but repair what needs to be fixed or have a small party with friends and maybe a BBQ on the weekends.

Giving them adequate internet is fair, especially if some are able to try and accomplish more like take classes, that they have access to that internet. Also, the kids in school should not be punished because the parents are dim. Anything the average person has should be fair.
