also i would advise you to make a journal and write all those dreams down, sometimes random forms may appear infront of you in these particles, this actually the basis of a method of divination but i shall speak about it later, merely write them down to remember if you wish, as you get more advanced i shall release meditations that will make you abl to control these forms and make lesser beings out of your own essence from them, but that shall be later,

however this is no the mantra of te third eye int he indian system is accompanierd by sometihng called a mudra, a position held like a yoga position,

i really am an Insider, however i dont have to proove that to you my techniques will, when was the last time you saw a new age wicca or whatever you like to call them cast a spell successfully let alone put it on tape and make it work?

my methods are very different fromt he new age methods,

the new age methods doesnt give the direct approach,

there are meditations and many things in the new age publications,

however there is no simple words said to stimulate your eye diretly like this, this is a secret or was until it was released int his thread in this site,
