I found this thread only a few days ago once it was well under way.
After reading it and previous insider's writings, I thought I should try the voice track, vibrations and meditations.

But I was chicken.

I tried breathing technique which worked remarkably well the first time making me feel very relaxed. Opened my eyes when finished to see clouds of grey puffs for a few seconds. Long enough to see briefly and be amazed but quickly enough to shrug off as another quirky perception, at least that's what would have happened if there was no context for the perception.

Initially I was afraid and perhaps dramatizing the possible effect of being able to see etheric and astral content.
The isolation of seeing things no one else was aware of and not being able to talk to anyone else about.
The nagging fear that mental hospitals are full of people who can see unusual things.

Decided to re-read entire thread to think about things further the second day. Read mostly just your responses the second time at a leisurely pace. Ended up with a terrible headache which lasted through afternoon until I went to sleep that night.
Do you think focusing on the idea of opening the third eye could initiate some of the process?
Perhaps it was just passing illness but it seemed strange.

Listened to track first time without attempting to vibrate with the sounds. Starting yesterday, I tried vibrating the sound with the track, then again this morning. This morning I felt gentle pressure at bridge of nose. So far I haven't seen or focused on seeing pixels but my thinking seems clearer and more focused. My earlier fear seems irrelevant now.

well the effects you descriped are the normal effects that is good,

yes the light particles are not dull in the same sense as dull with no light, but dull in that they are dense over the normal vision,

yes they are very bright and tend to be just brilliance mostly transparent and sometimes flashes of white and grey but meshed together so they seem "Dull".

yes sometimes when people just relax and look around them with a different way they may realise that their third eye is not so dormant after all,

no merely thinking about it will not initiate the progress i am afraid,

however thinking in a way that may need it open will initiate the progress to a small extent,

for example to visualise you need your third eye open, if you try to visualise without taking steps to open the third eye, your third eye opens in a very small degree and gradually opens but it will take months,

here it need only a week to get you in an advanced state and able to clearly see auras and the etheric if you need too.

1. Purifying Breath (Induces Extreme Relaxation and Calmness)

-Inhale while counting to four until the air is in your throat, your lungs full of it.

-Hold your breath do not press your lungs and chest, gently stop letting air outside of you, counting to four.

-Exhale not with force, but gently merely relax your chest leting air thourght without forcing the lungs, while counting to four.

-Hold your breath, this time you shall have less air in your lungs, while counting to four.

-Repeat this as much as you need to get extremely relaxed.

-count to four in your mind, if you are distracted by counting and keep the rhythym of the breath at the same time, then do the breaths and holdings in equal time there is no need to count, or swimply make a rhythym confortable for you and breath getting used to the period you took to count to four and you will not need to actively count any more.

-you may not be in a state fit to do the breathing technique due to extreme panic or fear, do it at any rate and it will override the state in a matter of seconds.

2. Viberation (The Method to Viberate The God-Names & Words of Power)

-Open the voice track in your mediaplayer, turn repeat on, turn the volume on until the very sound shakes your entire head.

-Use head phones, your skull and whole body is full of cavities these cavities make the voice resonate creating viberation that are made to have a certain effect not on your physical body but on your Etheric body,

you may even will the viberated voice alone in the tracks to the feeling pressure or pain and see the effects.

-Viberate the word with the voice in the track, to do this follow these instructions for maximum results and correct viberation,

when you viberate the word Elongate the vowels and do not stress much on the consonants.

for example if i viberate the word Elite

or the word guru

-Inhale like the previous practice until your lung is full of air, do not stretch the lungs or make pressure in your chest, you shall be able to fill your lungs with air until your throat is full without pressing you chest if you press your chest you will be tired too soon and will be short of breath.

remember air is what makes you able to make sounds, without air there is no sounds,

you need air in your sound cords to speak,

if you have lungs full of air that are a significant portion of your body you will be able to make the entire body shake by the force of your word,

-The next step is to viberate, Do Not hold your breath and Do Not exhale, simply viberate the word, and let the air exit your body as needed,

you have to make the chest shake with the viberation listen closely how the sound viberating in the voice track is calm focused and intentionally making the letters viberate and shake in his mouth,

the sound spoken in solid mediums make the medium viberate, sound spoken through air will make you viberate as a thunder clap make the windows shatter,

if you have been running then you may well consider the pain from the rips and ignore it.

-Repeat this a few times until you get a stable heart beat once you calm down and your breath is regular stop immediately and start the FourFold Breath, no you dont need any quiet dark place there will none in enviroments when it may be necessary to use this.

just be still enough to do the breathings and holdings in an equal time, that is all.

-In states of extreme shock or anxiesity and numbness,

the heartbeat will accelerate alarmingly and you may loose your balance and your feet will be so weak and you will feel your arms going numb,

-We shall face this by practicing this breathing technique that is usable in exteme conditions as a preface to a more quickly and abruptly dont FourFold Breath.

-In Silent Viberation we viberate as the normal viberation however we do not viberate the word with our voice obviously we viberate it in our mind,

and also we do not "Viberate" in the tone we speak the word plainly,

however as i said we elongate the vowels of the word and do exactly as the normal viberation but without the shaking of the tune.

-When we viberate silently we must be aware of the integrity of the word most people get carried away and start mumbling in their mind as the word becomes pronounced fast in their mind and get blurred,

no we must make sure the word is pronounced to the last letter, and that we are conscious of that fact.

-As i said before we do not viberate int he tune of the word this time we will saturate our consciousness with the word,

conscisouns of it hall being spoken, we practically make our mind and conscisouness viberate with the knowledge and awareness of this word.

-This concludes the Silent Viberation technique, i shall teach you how to direct Normal and Silent Viberation into whatever target in the next technique.

-As i said in the first technique this time we will learn how to channel and direct the viberation or spell into a target either in our own body or outside, but i shall teach first the targeting of our own body.

A.Subjective Targeting

-Well in Subjective Targeting we will learn to target certain areas in our own consciosuness and body to heal defend or stablize them,

channeling something physically as i said before depends on hpysical viberation and in the subtle body it depends on conscisouness, in fact both physical and subtle need your conscisouness,

-When channeling your viberation regardless of it being silent or normal you will need to be able to extend your consciouness to it, and to do this you msut either be able to sense or see it, or to use an effect it produces on your physical body to be able to wrap your mind around the invisible threat.

-First Method

[Electric Fingers Gesture]

-In this method we will learn how to affect outside targets, and we shall use our right hand in a special gesture when we do it.

-The special gesture of the hand used in targeting something outside yourself and shooting the energy into it like a beam is the following,

use your right hand,

pull your smallest finger and the finger next to it into your palm,

put the thumb on their nails,

keep your pointer and middle finger pointing straight at the object,

with your palm facing downward.

-Viberate the word of power while using your right hand to point at your target like this,

this time you dont have to feel your target,

as you point your hand towards the target feel the viberation leaving your hand and channeled to the target,

try to be aware of the fact that the target is infront of you and that also the word in its integrity is viberating in it,

the awareness that the target objectively exists infront of you shall be enough to enable you to channel your awareness of the word into the target through your hand,

-When you viberate the words using the normal viberation i want you to feel the viberations in your finger tips, and keep your consciousness there,

and feel te viberations leave your finger tips and viberate in the tiny air molcules who transfere the viberations intot he target and make it viberate as well, be aware of the fact that the word in its intergrity is viberated in both physical and conscisouness into the target.

when you are using the silent viberation feel you conscisouness at your finger tips and the saturated conscsiousness of the word traveling through the ether, or the space between you and the target and are viberating as pure energy into the target and the target is saturated by it,

-You can also affect the aura of somone by also doing a gesture over their heads and viberating in the same manner,

it can be done over objects in certain enchantments as well.

it is simliar to the Electric Fingers Gesture, however this is used on human beings to viberate a word on them,

-The Gesture is like this,

hold your right hand palms downward over the head of the person,

make sure all your fingers are prallel and held to gether,

-Calm yourself by the FourFold Breath or in case of emergency by the Forcefull Breath first,

this is optional,

-Hold the image of the object powerfully in your mind,

make sure your conscisciousness is saturated by the awareness of the image,

then you will have to transfere this iamge into an object feel the object outside you wherever you want to visualise it,

try first looking into a physical object, a rock a leaf anything,

then analyze your conscisouness and how does it feel and how you are aware of it in your mind and how your mind accepts the reality of its existence,

-Visualise the object in the same manner accept the reality of its existence,

this time iw ant you to transfere your consciosuness intot he object you are aware of the object as if it is a aprt of your self,

but separate or away from you.

hold your hand at arms length and make it into a mouth by putting the thumb against the other fingers grouped together,

they will make two jaws,

first move your hand as a mouth talking,

then move your other hand and touch it,

-Notice how through your mouth-hand you are aware of existence and objects beyond itself,

and how you also touch it and are aware of the jaw you made with your hands as a separate object,

but it is in reality an extent of yourself,

this is how we will visualise and create the objects outside ourselves ont he etheric plane, we will learn to visualise in this way and create certain signs of fire and light in certain color to defend ourselves.

-i want you first to imagine a little golden flame in the same manner you made your jaw,

you feel the little golden flame as an extent of yourself,

and you do not just see it, you feel it like a limp or arm, do not expect physical feeling no you must be aware and conscious of its existence as much and in exactly hte same way as the jaw-hand you made and touched with the other hand,

first you have the object in your mind then you start to be aware of it in existence,

now you are not yet aware or conscisous of its properities,

as much as your only will has made you able to change the seemingly separate hnd and make the jaw move and touch it with the other hand,

i want you to be aware that the flame is gold warm and gentle and it is just like a little candle flame floating in mid air,

remember it is very important to be aware and completely conscisous of the fact that the object has this properity or that,

also you have to be conscisous and comepltely aware of the fact that the respective properity has the exact effect of this and that on the target or whatever object it interacts with,

this for example you may visualise a fire and be conscisous of how warm or hot it is and how it is colored brghtly, but when someone else interacts with it you wont make it burn,

you msut be aware comepltely how painful for example it will burn and the physical effect is dependent on the intensity of the awareness adn your will power,

some may make others feel slightly warm others may make the air be very hot and other shoot fire balls and set things on fire,

however this is very advanced or use now,

we shall focus on mrely the technique,

let us get back to the golden little flame,

be conscisous that the flame is warm and be conscisous that it will give a heat andmake others feel very warm not stinging heat but considerable heat,

and hold it in that moode of awareness that you are thinking and is conscisous of it as an extra limp nothing more or less,

you bring changes into it from the inside because it is your body like the hand-jaw you made not fromt he outside,

then i want you in the same manner visualise the a pin, and make it float in mid air and be aware that it is very solid and painful when it gets in the skin,

then stick it in your skin and ebe aware not that it hurts you but that he pin is cold solid and painful and you will be amazed as the realistic pain your will feel,

try this on a friend, however to affect other people you have to be aware of them in the exact manner as the object you do and hold them in the same level of consciousness,

be aware of their subtle body and how it is away from you but you are conscious of its existence like you are conscious of the existance of their real body, and like you are conscious of the object or Pin that you made,

be aware of the pin and that it is cold and solid and has a very painful effect, then stik it in your friends palm aware of his Etheric body,

and how it is receiving the shock and aware that the pin is paining it intensely,

and ask him waht he felt,

you dont have to see him merely be aware of his image and then clamp your consciousness onto the etheric body, of him and then do the effects and create the objects as i told you,

this is how a magician can kill someone and chop their head off thousands of miles away,

people trained like this and practicing it daily can telekentically hold your heart from moving and stop the heartbeat even if they were on the other pole of the planet.

to be able to wrap your conscisouness around the etheric body of others you at least need to know how your etheric body feels like,

to do this merely do the FourFold Breath and relax until you r feel liek your body is swimming and you are tingling all over extend your conscisousness over this subtle body that feels like swimming extend it across the limps that will feel swimmy and traped inside the physical body and extend it to wards the feet and general pramete to feel this body that feels like a ghostly Jell-O, this is how your Etheric body feel like, hold your conscisousness on it and dont strain yourself be calm and focused and remember how your conscisouness was aware of this body, not how it felt like this is very important.

you have to target the body that feels the same (to your consciousness) in others you dont have to feel it out merely direct your conscisousness towards it,

all objects you create make sure that you first make them of this invisible substance, the etheric body you have just felt by the relaxation you practiced, then not merely paint color and properity on this substance but simply transmorhping it by your consciousness in the way i explained before to be like this or that, and remember you have to be conscious of the effect of the object as much as its properity.

-When you visualise objects liek this you may at first not see them but gradually you will see them intuitionly with your minds eye infront of you, and feel them,

then you will actualy see them in a surprisingly seemingly lucid sense they will seem like sometihng you are seeing in your minds eye from another world,

do not snap in surprise or loose focus your target is to make the visualisation successful,

try the Pin experiment with a friend and see the results, it is preferable that you dont tell him when or both of you will either giggle to death or be too agitated with anticipation,

and dont make him wait for you either, it is preferable that you be wuite alone and direct your conscisouness to him noting ore or less,

-This technique is called Clairsentient Visualisation because as i have just shown you,

you dont use your third eye to see and manipulate the substance from which you create the object you merely do it with your consciousness.
