Always wear a hat and long sleeves out in the sun, no point in getting cooked.

here is Aus it's imperative unless you want cooked leathery skin.

That is what I do. I get sun when I want to. But out in the yard in the best it’s long sleeves and a hat. No farmer tan for me lol

Sun is changing and the Ozone and magnetosphere are weakening. Magnetic North pole moving towards Russia at a steady pace. Pole shift not too far away.

You need to consume more Beta Carotene which acts as a natural UV filter

Re: Skin burned in 1 hr in garden
Forget the temperature and look at how many weeks before or after Summer Solstice it is (June 21+- a day for here).

Summer Solstice in June is the day the Sun is at it's highest point in the Northern Hemisphere and the most light from the Sun is reaching the earth North of the Equator.

Right now the Sun is as powerful as it is at the end of July, forget the outside temperatures. You think you won't get sunburned if you go out in late July if you are pasty white and don't use sunscreen? You WILL ... just as you will get burned right now too since the sun is producing the same amount of rays hitting the Northern Hemisphere NOW as then.

Why people associate outside temperatures with the risk of Sunburns is beyond me. It doesn't work that way and never has. It has to do with how much SUNLIGHT is reaching the earth, NOT the outside temperature.

(mid winter sunlight with light reflecting off the snow can really burn you, which is why people wear sun screen on their faces when skiing in mid winter)

Your diet is too high in linolic acid (omega 6) from seed oil, which is in most store bought processed food or restaurant food and also is very high in chicken and pork because of the way they are fed in the US.

Hundreds of reports from people that eliminated or greatly reduced seed oil consumption about their ability to stay in the sun for hours without burning.

I have not seen this mentioned. I have 3 small refrigerator's and a large fridge with a freezer.

For the last few months no matter what setting I put them on everything freezes in the fridge’s. All of them. They did not all break at the same time.

Re: Skin burned in 1 hr in garden
This happened 3 days ago. Was in the garden for an hour tops, burned myself so bad that my skin is pealing. And this is spring time. And the week prior it was 40-50s muggy and cold. First day the sun breaks through its 90 degrees and burned in an hour.

Is this the weather modification causing the bad rays to come through and diminishing the good rays?
 Quoting: Cebeij

You are stupid.

I've been working outside 3-5 hours a day for a week in FULL SUN and only have gotten sunburn on my neck. Starting a good tan though.

You’re welcome, there is lots of good info about this if you know where to look. Tucker Goodrich has done a lot of research and posts on twitter-
[link to twitter.com (secure)]

also, Dr. Mercola , Dr. paul saladino and many others have done some great podcasts explaining this. Seed oil consumption also contributes to obesity, heart disease and the severity of covid and respiratory diseases.

You can't go for months without sun then go and expose yourself to full mid-day sun in May without getting burnt.

Acclimate yourself a little at a time.

Then an hour in the sun won't matter.

Sun is changing
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 70520047

yep and the electrical connection to earth is changing which is weakening our atmosphere letting through more harmful UV rays mostly in the northern hemisphere.

the Sun is going through a 12000 yr cycle which will result in a global catastrphy like in noahs time.

no one can really prepare for whats coming but ppl like j bezos is trying...

check out his mountain hide waway or his rocket to space 10 mins from his hide out or his doomsday ship..
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 81246638

this is pretty much it

the atmosphere is thinning and so our protection from the sun is lessening, I won’t lie out in the sun anymore like I used to, it used to feel healthy and now it feels dangerous

you really need to heed the “before 10am and after 4pm” warning now

if you do end up with cancer and go to the doc well I guess they’ll have an mRNA cancer vaccine ready for you, lol bastards

Chan Tomas (author of The Adam and Eve Story about the impending cataclysm) said how to tell yourself if the magnetic field was weakening, he said get a regular compass and pay attention to how long it takes the needle to get back to N and stop moving after you have given it a ninety degree turn, time it and count the oscillations, keep notes and you can monitor the magnetic field yourself, it will slow down as the field weakens
Forgive your enemies, it messes with their heads.

Thoughts create, mind them well.

one hour at noon is much more powerful than one hour other times.

depending on where you are, spring could be when the sun is directly overhead at noon.

St. Johns Wort

Do You take St. Johns Wort? I had to stop taking it, because it made my skin burn within 45 minutes of being in the Sun.

Once you stop, it takes a few days to get it out of your system, until them keep covered up when out in the Sun.
