Umbilical stem cell therapy - Anyone tried it for joint pain?
Just got an injection earlier this week for degenerative discs in my lower back. Seems like the pain has already started to subside. Hoping for the best

Doctors have told me fusion is the best option but i'm not going down that road at just 41.

Has anyone tried it before?

How did your insurance agree to pay for this?

The cost is exhorbitant.

I know several people who take Hylauronic tablets and claim it helps knee pain, so maybe it will help with joint pain. Just a guess

If you find a good physical therapist he’ll have you strengthen your glutes and stretch your quadratus lumborum and psoas.

How can you have joint pain at 41? Are you over weight?

Re: Umbilical stem cell therapy - Anyone tried it for joint pain?
i have a similar problem,

a doc 15 years ago wanted surgery,

i said...no thanks i'll pass,

this is what i do,

inversion table,

heavy duty massager, it is not the gun type...those are a joke,

it looks like a sander,

stretching and abdomen core muscle exercise every morning,

but the trick to keep discs healthy is vitamin C,

before bed i take about one to two grams with a sip of orange juice and some b5 for collagen,

in the morning i don't wake up with pain,

the vitamin C is the trick,

i work at home,

so i do physical therapy with the sander and inversion table all through the day,

i have never used painkillers,

i hate chemical drugs!

for pain i may use a tens machine from time to time,

everyone should have an inversion table,

it works in many ways,

helps circulation to all parts of the body,

relieves tension, etc. fixes many spinal cord problems,

i bought two of them used,

got em for 70 bucks each
