At the rapture, 3.5 years before the end of the world. If you're hoping to be part of that then what you do now helps make a better future, the best possible outcome. If you keep believing the lie that you're in the end times and things will only get worse then you'll do nothing.

Can you not talk with someone about Jesus and help them believe to save their own soul? No, can't do that later today?? Can't or won't? What seems to be the problem?
