Even if they signed it, the constitution would set it as null and void, they are not following the laws under the constitution even though the UN is not constitutional in our country. This is where they all messed up, thinking they could set up something to make you think it was legal under the constitution or that the constitution did not have to be followed. The states are the supreme answer to this, they are by the people to follow our constitutional laws, and neither the UN nor the WHO is legal. They have laws that do not line up with our laws under the constitution so they are null and void, it was set up by a group of people that were not legally able to put it into effect. So, we have an illegal entity claim right and money they have no business to get even as gifts from the US treasury of the people.
