I guess she will sue now. All of that horror in front of a 3 year old. It was probably her babies daddy's crack pipe

Walmart will give her $500 and so will the service.

However I can tell this was most likely a Walmart employee than the driver.

During COVID my hours got cut so I started doing DoorDash and when I got a Walmart order I NEVER touched the bags until after getting to the house. You pull up to an assigned spot and someone comes out puts the bags in your trunk. When I got to the house I would ask if they want to get the bags or me to bring them in, most didn't want me touching the bags (A few did) but I NEVER looked in the bags, the rule was if something is missing call Walmart.

Sounds like the pipe fell out of an employees vest while loading them into the car.

Walmart here uses DoorDash for deliveries. They aren't walmart employees.

True enough the employees do pack the groceries but walmart said they deactivated the DRIVER

Yeah I could be wrong, they might have jumped the gun. Although it's possible it fell out of the drivers pocket. I went to pick-up my trash cans at the road a couple years ago and there was a meth-pipe and little packet of what had to be meth laying on my lawn. Guessing the trash man needed a little help that day, I just tossed them in the trash cans, no sense in making a big deal out of it.
