Seriously, New Orleans is BELOW sea level. Every day, no, every HOUR is a gamble living there. I’d be having a permanent coronary. Also, the theme of Katrina was “Govt doesnt care about Black People”...(thanks Kanye!) This is so the current narrative right now and there will be *something* that happens anytime now to repeat it....
