and as to wheat.. before its was GNO's and made round up ready etc it was fine for 99.999999999999999 of the population.. the round up is more an issue that gluten. I don't use wheat for that reason in particular... I have no gluten problems.. its the round up mostly.

Even "organic" wheat is bothering me too. which should be round up free.. so something more in GMO is going on.

I use only organic now in grains... and have no problems with the others which contain gluten.. because round up isn't allowed in them

Salt, Sugar, and Wheat are NORMAL NATURAL foods that were created and to be used as food for humans.

Wheat is high in B vitamins. Salt is high in minerals. Sugar is important for the brain.

Wheat is an important staple for places in the world where people would otherwise starve and die of malnutrition if they didn't have it.

No one food is the problem for health. The only problem is is lacking self-control and not having foods in moderation.

Salt, at least, is essential to animal life.

If you didn't eat any at all, you would die.

In it's raw form they're perfectly healthy. There's no limit to real salt you can ingest, it's that table salt that's the killer.

As for wheat, probably shouldn't play a big role in the human diet but it has its place. I mostly only consume it if going on something like an all-day trek through the woods.
