DHR CPS just showed up randomly today and took my Children. Heartbroken Angry Confused

This morning there was a knock at the door and I opened the door and there stood a woman 2 police officers and a few other people standing around with them. She told me she was with child services and need to speak with me. My kids last day of school is tomorrow or Friday. After the school shooting in Texas I fell to the floor crying because I thought maybe my kids were dead in a shooting at their school.

Well, they man handled me picked me up, came inside my place and told me there had been a report of child neglect, drug abuse and trafficking coming from my residence. Confused and thinking my children were dead and being man handled onto the sofa, I was in shock as they immediately started going through my entire house. I was then told I had to take a urine test to prove I was not on drugs.

The lady comes into the bathroom with me and watches me pee into the cup. The police restrain me as she takes the cup out of the bath room into the kitchen area and supposedly runs a test. Then she claims the test came back positive for opioids? Or opium?. I have never done drugs. I don't drink, I'm a mom. I do not and have not taken even any prescription drugs since my antibiotic like 2 years ago.

Now they are treating me like a piece of trash, completely destroyed my home and then told me I was not allowed around my children and gave me a court date 2 months from now.

I have no family really and my husband (well almost ex husband) had been MIA ever since he left me for some tramp. I asked what's going to happen to the kids? They said temporary foster care until the courts decide what to do basically. I asked if the kids (boy 8 and girl 5) could at least stay with their fathers mom and I was told that they would make arrangements.

I told them this must be a mistake. I do not do drugs. I love my children, hi ow can this just happen. I mean they won't tell me how it was reported who reported it. I do not have any enemy's, and while my husband or ex are going through divorce he has made it perfectly clear he only wants the kids on the weekend.

Is this America? how could the test say I was positive. I told them it has to be a mistake. So I went to a local lab and it failed again for opioids.

I'm heartbroken, I have tried to call my ex all day. He doesn't answer. I'm shaking. What do I do? I've never been treated with such disrespect in my life. Talked down to. My kids are probably scared to death. I keep getting calls from neighbors asking what happened. I'm falling apart but somehow I got to keep it together.

Get a lawyer? I can't afford a fucking lawyer, if I could I would be divorced by now.

I do not know what to do.
