I kind of doubt that, I just checked my app for mid August, $95 USD first class round trip to Cartageña on Avianca.
Quoting: Monger of Many Things No it's not happening yet. This plan is in play in the next 3-5 years. So again, travel now while you can. I was at Boeing in 2008 on 787 pre-release and they were discussing a new biofuel for next generation of planes which would require much lighter planes. .
