BREAKING: Connecticut high school stabbing: Raul Valle posts $2M bond in death of James McGrath
Raul Valle, the 16-year-old Connecticut high schooler accused of fatally stabbing a teen from another Catholic school outside a party earlier this month, has been released on $2 million bond, according to local reports.

Valle, of Milford, posted $2 million bond last week after a judge refused his lawyer’s request to cut it in half, the Connecticut Post reported.

He was released the same day.

"Firearms are second only to the Constitution in importance; they are the peoples' liberty's teeth."

"Government is not reason; it is not eloquent; it is force. Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master."

"Religion and morality are the essential pillars of civil society."

Obviously, the evidence and details of the case that NONE OF US are privvy to, led the judge to set a (very high) bond. The full story has not been told and won't be known until the trial.

Police report was published and seemed to imply that he was being held down by attackers from a rival school while he stabbed the first three people. The last one to be stabbed (boy who died) was said not to be in direct contact with him but too many times, what is in the police report ends up being not the full story, and often is just plain wrong.

News media keeps referring to him as Raul "Lito" Valle, when there are actually TWO separate people, Raul Valle and Lito Valle (per their high school football team's roster). If they can't even get THAT right, what else are they screwing up?

It is a horrible situation but we won't know the full picture until the accused gets his day in court.

They say he's being tried as an adult. Seems like they're still treating him like a minor letting him go like that.
