Chief Executive Officer Doug McMillon said the bottom-line results were “unexpected” and reflecte the “unusual” environment. Walmart shares tumbled more than 11% on Tuesday, the most in 35 years." |

It gives you the illusion of freedom, makes you trust, love, and defend your oppressor, while making an enemy of those who are trying to free you or open your eyes.” -Fiyah “None are more hopelessly enslaved than those who falsely believe they are free.” -Johann Wolfgang von Goethe “You have been programmed to resist the very person that is here to set you free, from the prison of your Mind... You are not free... everything you are has been manufactured by Minds that have not your best interest. You are imprisoned by beliefs and not reality. Religions are mental programs to imprison your Mind.” -SOL |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 80833944 United States 06/09/2022 03:03 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | That's because Walmart completely sucks now. At least around here they've got half the store behind glass cases now and when you push the button for service nobody ever shows up. Then you get to check out your own groceries while being hawkeyed like a criminal by loss prevention just so they can "ask" to check your receipt at exit. F that. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 82400992 Politicians should be made to work labor-intense jobs in order to keep their seats. Things like McDonald's and maybe driving a bus, where skill is applicable, of course. Keeps them connected to the people they are supposed to serve, and right where they SHOULD BE when they get too uppity. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 82400992 You probably don't remember the Enron fiasco, but after that, corporate officers were held to higher financial responsibility for their companies. Therefor, no-one will take the job unless they get outrageous pay. This CRAP needs to change |
