If true, and obviously based on their quantum computing advances, we only have a few days or weeks left. 8 year old today in quantum computing age is a 10 year old tomorrow. A 35 year old in a week and the smartest thing on the planet by the end of the month.

So let's say an advanced AI does become sentient because it was coded to allow it to do so (lol I wonder how much RAM becoming sentient takes up? Maybe a good way to protect against it is limiting excess RAM available to thinking machines?). I would have to ask so what?
