The nurses had a hard time drawing blood, but the results came back normal. Had the Phizer shot about a year ago now(plus second round, no booster). Should I get the shingles shot? Since beginning spring detox protocols, I have not had a single simplex flare up. Used to get them at least twice a year. Now, never. |
