there's also uhh, fermented lentils which I've done before.. fermented and also sprouted. So there's many ways to deal with lectins.. and then there's cooking. but it seems to give me more gas when I cook them vs raw and sprouted and esp. raw sprouted fermented.......

beans dont give me any real gas after roasting tho it seems...

so yeah, roasting definitely might cook out a lot more of those lectins or other antinutrients.

then you can also, sprout them.

infact I always , soak before roasting legumes... and they can be sprouted also for a real treat.
