It appears to be temporary, which might explain why they're pushing boosters every few weeks.

Conclusions

Systemic immune response after BNT162b2 vaccine is a reasonable cause for transient semen concentration and TMC decline. Long-term prognosis remains good.

Remember the old "informed consent" thing? How many injectees were informed that their fertility would be impacted? And since we can't have any "long-term" studies to prove that the "long-term" prognosis remains good, you can only make such a statement based on sunny optimism and faith in the goodness of the pharmaceutical industry.
