0 years: 100%
5,700 years: 50%
11,400 years: 25%
17,100 years: 12.5%
22,800 years: 6.25%
28,500 years: 3.125%
34,200 years: 1.56%
39,900 years: 0.78125%
45,600 years: 0.390625%
51,300 years: 0.1953125%

so after 50,000 years, only 0.2% C14 is left

Keep in mind that for the body content of 14C for a 70-kg person would be about 3.08 kBq(kilobecquerel)

One becquerel is defined as the activity of a quantity of radioactive material in which one nucleus decays per second.

So a 70kg human has 3080 becquerels worth of radioactive Carbon 14.

Skeleton of such person would weigh about 10kg. that would be about 440 becquerels

after 50,000 years ...440 X 0.002 =0.88 becquerels
