I read it was the worst first half for stocks in 52 years...and my portfolio sure reflects that.
I normally preach dollar cost averaging, but its hard to put new money into this market with a dementia-ridden foreign asset running things. Other than my IRA contribution and a chunk in I bonds, no new money is going in yet.
