If that happened in my store, I'd tell the crazy lady to leave. If she didn't, then the cops would be called. No reason to shoot the customer, unless it was a robbery and she pulled a gun. Then you would be protecting yourself. Still, many auto parts stores don't allow their employees to carry during work hours. Maybe this was in the boonies, where cops are more than half hour away...
