Elon is building a backup internet with Starlink, so if the black hats try to kill the internet, it can be brought back up in a matter of hours.

He's actually pretty brilliant. He knew it would force Twitter to sue him and to PROVE what he said about not buying it, that they did not disclose the actual number of users and the bots etc....,they would be forced to lay Twitter open and everyone could see the underbelly of the secret sauce. And how they worked to shape the state of the nation by pushing their agenda and limiting others who were not for their agenda...

Without twitter banning and subverting the Biden laptop and a million other stories, we would have a different administration and the current state of affairs could be very different. It is truly important for the world to see... from the hands of TWITTER and not Elon Musk how they actually operate. Then no one can say that how the media interprets it is based on politics. Pretty genius in my opinion.. if Musk had purchased it and laid it open.. everyone would have said there was an agend behind what he showed, etc... He just stripped that argument away from them.

It is important... we are living in a world that was completely created by social media and the msm subverting true stories and not allowing the public to know the truth and decide on their own how to vote.

It's actually quite tragic.

What may be at issue here:

Do those who currently own the company have an interest in keeping the number of actual bots hidden from view, because the value of the company for people who are using a microblogging platform to influence political opinion and manufacture consensus has a certain unstated worth that cannot be fully disclosed in honest negotiations with an interested buyer who has no intention of using the company in that manner; and do the current owners have an interest in keeping that function of the platform viable for that type of future use by keeping it secret from that type of buyer, in case the merger falls through?

Would the company have a different value for someone who wanted to actually use the platform for its supposed, stated reason for existence as an actual, honest to goodness microblog that depends merely on advertising dollars for revenue, as opposed to dark money?

Would it constitute a materially adverse change when someone of the second category seeks to purchase a company based upon numbers that are given by those in the first category, who hide the true nature of the level of bots and dark money that they currently depend upon, for legal as well as potential future financial reasons, in case the merger does not go through, and the buyer finds out that the projected worth of the company is significantly less than what was stated by the seller, as the buyer plans to use the company for its actual, legitimate, intended purpose, because the actual amount of true users is far less than what is stated; and the value of the stock begins to tank because those who hold the stock based upon their knowledge about how the company is used by the first category decides that the company may lose money because of the true difference in value between category A (current seller) and category B (potential buyer)?

Starlink was built in conjunction with the DOD and the DOD is the primary user of the starlink satellite system. Elon didn't move a starlink satellite to Ukraine, the DOD moved starlink satelittes over Ukraine and Elon got to be the figurehead and hero.

What ever people think about Elon, his entire empire is built on DARPA/DOD projects; starlink, self driving vehicles, nurealink brain implants.

In fact the twitter bot problem could blow up into a much a larger thing. After all if companies and stocks are being propped up on a mountain of fictitious customers/users, it only adds more fuel to the fire to the call for a digital ID just to access the internet. All it would take is one SEC investigation into Twitter.
