In the pas UVC has never reached the ground, but starting in 2008 it started to do so, this has been increasing year after year and it has started to sterilize the earth.




Weather you believe that it's the weakening magnetosphere letting in more cosmic radiation, or that the Sun is getting hotter and more intense, you believe that it is geoengineering gone wild.
