WASHINGTON (TND) — At least $100,000 worth of stolen guns, power tools, and equipment has been found in a hidden homeless encampment in California, according to authorities.

Officer Steve Aponte of the San Jose Police Media Relations Department on Wednesday told The National Desk that six people are facing a variety of charges, including the following:

Felony possession of stolen property

Felony possession of stolen weapons

Burglary

Resisting arrest

They all ran when officers approached them," Aponte said.
He identified five of the six suspects as Carlos Ubina, Erick Arellano, Juan Arellano Ramirez, Kevin Aguirre, and Maria Guillen. One person, who fled the scene, is yet to be identified.

Based on their criminal histories, Aponte said they will likely face additional charges.

I have a feeling there are many more such places scattered around the USA.
